 At Center for Advanced Dentistry our crowns are made from porcelain and are metal-free.
Our porcelain crowns are built on a ceramic substrate that is created by a computer using CAD-CAM technology. This allows it to fit very accurately over the natural tooth. We then select a specific mix of porcelain colors that mimics the color of your natural teeth. Once they are bonded into place they have a beautiful life-like appearance. Porcelain crowns are so carefully matched in color, they cannot be distinguished from your natural teeth.
