A New Smile in Only Two Visits
Forget your concerns about the appearance of your smile. If you think that unsightly gaps, misshapen teeth, or deep discoloration are beyond correction, we can show you differently. With porcelain veneers, you can have a straight, even smile in as little as two visits! Veneers are durable but very thin sheets of dental ceramic that are bonded to your natural teeth to correct unsightly problems and create a straight, uniform smile.
They are also used to conceal a chipped, worn, or cracked tooth. A veneer will conceal the problem and be made to blend in with the shade of your other teeth. It looks completely natural, and no one will be able to tell the difference from your other teeth.
Crowns to Restore a Broken Tooth
Sometimes a filling will not be a suitable restoration if the tooth is too damaged. A crown can be made to go over the remaining tooth structure. It provides full functionality and looks like your natural tooth. We use the best-quality materials for a long-lasting and properly fitting crown.
Dental Implants Provide a Solution for Missing Teeth
Dental implants are ideal for replacing lost teeth, especially in the front of the mouth where they are most visible. Unlike bridges or removable dentures, which sit on top of the gums, Dental implants are placed under the gums. The “tooth” placed on an implant appears life-like, because it comes through the gums just like the original did — it’s like growing a new tooth! Implants can replace any number of lost teeth. Dental implants can also be used to “lock in” dentures for a secure fit. We will fit and make your permanent “tooth” for a beautiful, healthy smile. Call for a complimentary implant consultation today to find out if implants are right for you.
Although silver-mercury amalgam fillings have been the standard material used for decay restorations, we no longer use them. They provide a reasonable restoration but have shortcomings. Metal is not the most suitable material, as it does not bond as tightly as needed. If the bond is not tight, decay can set in. Also, the dark, metallic filling in white teeth is not pleasing to look at.
We use only composite resin fillings that bond tightly to a tooth and actually add strength to the tooth structure. These fillings are made to match the tooth color and are virtually unnoticeable, creating a pleasing smile. Because they adhere so well to a tooth, chances of decay setting in or around the filling are greatly reduced.
Full Mouth Rehabilitation for Improved Health
The condition and health of your gums and teeth play a much larger role in your overall well-being than you may realize. Chronic pain and health problems may be attributed to periodontitis, TMJ, bruxism, and missing, crooked, or misshapen teeth. Migraines, headaches, toothaches, bad breath, inflammation, and an unattractive smile are problems that can be remedied.
Our team will discuss all your symptoms, concerns, and needs. After a thorough examination and supporting digital X-rays, photos, and impressions of your mouth, she will offer options in a treatment plan to relieve pain and symptoms and return you to a healthier, happier state. We also provide financial planning to make your good health and dream smile achievable.
